Anderson Family | Blanding, UT Family Photographer

When you a Blanding, UT photographer it means that you work with a lot of people that you have known your entire life. Blanding is small and wonderful that way. I adore these kids and their mother was one of my best friends on the entire planet. Growing up she always wanted a babies to love and kiss,  she loved these kiddos. I had such a good time photographing them! I am really happy that they asked me to.

We were out taking photos and we heard a gun go off, don’t worry, I live in the country, a gun going off is no reason to be worried. We had passed a truck coming in and assumed they were hunting rabbits. But, Riley decided it was fireworks. Her dad told her it was a gun, but she was sure it was fireworks. And she was sure they were fireworks that we were missing out on, fireworks she wanted to see them badly. Her poor brother was not super enthused because his mission was to get pictures taken quickly.

Riley, on the other hand, was not loving pictures so we taught her how to track Keiryn’s footprints in the snow, yes we had snow for exactly 15 seconds. I showed her his footprints and asked her what made them and she says, “Zombies!? OH NO! Not again!” This is why I love little people. While we did not find any fireworks or have to defend ourselves from zombies, we did take some fun pictures that I am excited to share with you guys.
